At MyStadiumChair.com, all stadium chairs are custom printed specifically for each order.
Because our products are personalized with customer-provided artwork, logos, or text, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, spelling, and design details before completing checkout.
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review and resolve the issue.
If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will work with the customer to replace the affected items.
